Terms and Conditions

1. A deposit of 25% of the total hire charge secures your booking.

2. Final balance must be paid at least 14 days prior to date of wedding.

3. Payments can be made via cash, bank cheque or EFT.

4. Deposits are none refundable.

5. The customer acknowledges, subject to any rights the customer may have by law, that All Wedding Cars, where permitted, is limited to total monies paid by the customer to All Wedding Cars.

6. Subject to any rights the customer may have by law, in no event will All Wedding Cars be liable (whether before or after the expiry or cancellation of the agreement) for any loss or damage which the customer suffers as a result of All Wedding Cars negligence or the negligence of its servants or agents.

7. All Wedding Cars will not be liable for special, indirect or consequential loss or damage as a result of breach by All Wedding Cars of this agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, the cost arising from the loss of use of the wedding cars and the costs of any substitute replacement cars which the customer acquires.
